Through a network of Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), almost all of Canada’s ten provinces and three territories can nominate skilled worker candidates for immigration to Canada with their specific skills required by the local economies. Successful candidates, who receive a provincial or territorial nomination, can then apply for Canadian permanent residence through federal immigration authorities. EOI (Expression of Interest) – First step, is to apply for EOI. English proficiency test is to be taken – General IELTS or CELPIP and work experience or job letter with one year contract is needed. File enter the pool of applicants.
Letter of Advice to Apply - Every month either around the mid or end of the month, once or twice the draw system is implied and the applicants who meet the set draw score will be given the Letter of Advice to Apply.
MPNP application submission – Next step after the draw is to submit the complete file – education, English Proficiency and Settlement Plan. Settlement Plan is about the relativity you can show towards the province. It should be promising for the officer that the applicant will be settling in the province, the ties with the province should be detailed.
MPNP Approval - After verifying the information and documents provided the Province provides the Approval.
